The hotel is located in a very central area making it really easy to get around the city. The prices for the room are reasonable when compared to other hotels. The cleaning staff cleans the room regularly keeping it tidy and comfortable. The hotel restaurant also offers a lot of food choices, making it easy to find something to eat any time of the day.
The rooms are not very spacious and can feel cramped. Some of the staff at the restaurant are difficult to communicate with in the local language.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel! The location was very close to the shopping area and to Ward's Lake, making it easy for us to explore the city. Location was great, right in the center of the city, near the shopping area and a taxi stand. The view from the room was also very nice. The complimentary breakfast was a plus too, with lots of options to choose from.
The room was not very clean, with a bad smell all around and broken lamps. The bathroom had some leakage issues too.
